Roster intelligence
Every team roster is captured periodically and read for positional opportunity. Two senior guards on the roster is a fact. A likely guard need in 2027 is an inference, and it is labelled as one with a confidence figure attached.
Division I eligibility moves to an age-based model for prospects first enrolling in autumn 2027, so a listed senior is never assumed to be leaving.
Evidence on everything
Every cost, degree and coach contact carries a source, a retrieval date and a confidence level. You can ask why the platform believes a coach email is current and get an answer.

Degrees by concept
Sports therapy is matched to athletic training, rehabilitation, kinesiology and exercise science. You choose which related subjects you would accept, rather than losing a good university to a naming convention.
One athlete moved from 12 matching universities to 61 by accepting four related degree names.
Nothing is sent without you
There is no button that emails every coach in the country. You approve each programme, you read each draft, and a reply cancels every queued follow-up automatically. A coach who asks not to be contacted is suppressed permanently.

- Do you guarantee a scholarship?
- No, and anyone who does is selling you something. Athlavia improves the quality of the list you contact and the quality of the contact itself. The outcome still depends on the athlete.
- Are the coach email addresses current?
- Every contact carries a last-verified date and a source. Staff pages are re-checked, and when a coach disappears, changes title or changes school the record is flagged for review rather than used.
- Will this spam coaches?
- It cannot. Programmes enter the outreach list only after you approve them, each draft is read before it sends, and the sequence stops at three messages or at the first reply.
- My daughter is 16. What happens to her data?
- Under-18 accounts are guardian-linked and private by default. Profiles are not indexed by search engines unless a guardian explicitly enables it, and they carry no home address, date of birth, live location or medical information.
- Do universities pay you for our information?
- No. Athlavia is paid by families. Athlete information is not sold to programmes, and there is no coach-facing athlete database in this version of the product.
- We are not American. Does that matter?
- The product was built for an international athlete first. NCAA, NAIA and U SPORTS run as separate eligibility routes, and the checklist tells you which one applies to each programme on your list.
